Professor Gary Locklair obtained his PhD in computer science from Nova Southeastern University. He is a full professor in the computer science department at Concordia University  Wisconsin, where he has taught for nearly 40 years. He served on the Board of Directors for the Creation Research Society and currently serves on the board of the Lutheran Science Institute.
