Dr. Gary Locklair obtained his PhD in computer science from Nova Southeastern University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Creation Research Society. He is a full professor in the computer science department at Concordia University, Wisconsin, where he has taught for 35 years.

Dr. Locklair has investigated the creation model of origins for over two decades.
